Arina (Student) Acrobatics is a straight forward way of exploring the body. In a very short time you can learn a wide range of exciting postures and gain confidence in your own body´s abilities. Doing acrobatics is a natural way of gaining flexibility, strength, balance and growing in your personal body awareness. Trust in another person and your own physical abilities is a major outcome that comes in acrobatics through constant communication and body contact with your partners. After learning acrobatic techniques, participants have the chance to get their creative minds considering the aesthetics of their acrobatic moves and to put them into context to create a performance together. |
